Important Clarification: We do not use your User Content to train our own models. Your audio recordings and transcripts are used solely to provide the transcription and AI analysis services you request.
Third-Party AI Providers: OpenAI may use your transcripts and User Content for model training according to their privacy policy. You can opt out of this data usage by contacting us or adjusting your account settings. If you opt out, your data will be used only to provide the Services and will not be retained by OpenAI for training purposes. You can also submit data subject access requests through OpenAI's Privacy Center.
Google Gemini API uses your audio data according to the Gemini API Terms and Google Privacy Policy. By default, Google does not use Gemini API data to train its models. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy practices directly for full details.
We seek to partner with services that prioritize user privacy, but we cannot guarantee the data handling practices of third-party companies.
Microsoft Clarity uses machine learning to analyze interaction patterns (rage taps, dead taps, scroll depth) and generates AI-powered session summaries via its Copilot feature. This processing occurs on Microsoft's servers. Clarity does not use your data to build individual user profiles or for advertising. Session data is anonymized and not linked to your identity.
We retain your User Content for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's settings. When you delete your account, we will permanently delete your audio recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated notes from our systems within 30 days.
Note: Data already shared with third-party service providers (such as Google Gemini API and OpenAI) may be retained by them according to their own privacy policies. We recommend contacting those providers directly if you have concerns about their data retention practices.
You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can do this directly within your account settings. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us.
Session Analytics Opt-Out: You may disable Microsoft Clarity data collection at any time by navigating to Settings → Privacy → Session Analytics within the app. When disabled, no further interaction data is collected or transmitted to Microsoft. This setting does not affect any other app functionality.
The security of your data is important to us. We use encryption and other security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and on this page.
